Because each capsule asset is printed dynamically to your exact sizing and color specifications, we are unable to process general change-of-mind refunds, size swaps, or order cancellations once they enter the Printify active manufacturing queue (typically within 1 hour of checkout).

Please check your sizing selections meticulously against our listed size charts on individual pages before submitting order specifications.

We operate an absolute replacement or store credit guarantee if your product arrives with material flaws, severe print misalignments, stitching defects, or physical courier damage.

To secure a replacement print, please lodge an inquiry at support@roasify.online within 14 days of delivery. Please provide a high-fidelity image of the damaged asset alongside your checkout order number.
